effective 3 stage process for your project requirements.
Stage 1 - Preliminary Design
On-site or In-office meeting to discuss your building breif and generally includes the following plans:
1. Site Layout Plan.
2. Floor Plan (extensions & renovations have an additional plan included).
3. Building Elevations.
Stage 2 - Revisions / Changes
Revisions to preliminary designed plans to meet builder / client requirements which could include:
1. Budget constraints.
2. Builder / Client requested changes from the initial breif or requested changes.
3. Site Difficulties after surveying.
Stage 3 - Construction Drawings
Finalised plans for the construction of the proposed project including all relivent plans for council & the/your builder:
1. Finalised Site, Floor plans & Elevations.
2. Structual framing - Flooring, Bracing, Lintels & Detailed Sections.
3. Roof Drainage, Energy & Lighting Plans.
